Experienced Business Leader who also happens to be a security subject matter expert. Mr. Jody J. Woenker was most recently the Director, Security for Raytheon Applied Signal Technology (AST) mission area within Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) Business. Leading geographically dispersed security professionals since his responsibilities included leading the security professionals across all of Raytheon AST. He oversaw all elements of all security disciplines and ensured that all aspects of AST were in compliance with security regulations, Executive Orders, and customer security requirements. Mr. Woenker was a principle member of the AST Leadership Team and SAS Security Leadership Team. SAS 2017 Net Sales of $6.4 Billion and employees. Mr. Woenker has significant experience leading in the areas of Industrial Security, Special Programs Security, SCI Security, Physical Security, Ethics and Compliance. Mr. Woenker has worked at Raytheon since January 2012. Previous to that, Mr. Woenker worked at ITT Exelis (formerly ITT Corporation) for 16 years and held a series of positions of increasing responsibility within security and compliance before being named Director, Security for ITT Exelis Electronic Systems (ES). At the time ES was approximately a $2.7 Billion defense business with 5500 employees. Over his career with ITT, Mr. Woenker has also had direct experience and extensive training in Business Continuity management, Crisis Communication, Event Management, Emergency response, and Incident command.Mr. Woenker holds a Master of Business Administration with dual concentration in Human Resources and Management from Indiana Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, and an Associate of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University.
