I am driven by creativity. I am curious, quick-witted, bold, honest, and genuine with strengths in innovation, communication, and activation. I can turn new ideas quickly, producing results that are measurable. I believe that helping an organization transform takes more than ideation. It requires an ability to listen, assess, and thoughtfully provide executable initiatives. Not to mention, an aptitude to assess performance, a level of humility to acknowledge shortfalls, and a willingness to jump in, take action, and drive where needed to make stuff happen. I love social media. Why? Because it is always changing. It balances my gift to gab, my love for cool content/design, and the excitement I get from real data. Traditionally, I don\'t love math, but numbers that transform into a story, that is my jam. Collaborating with IT teams, SEO partners, or introducing new solutions has been critical in helping my clients learn more about their audience, buying behaviors, and the level of interest buyers have in their product/offering. Philanthropy is where I come alive. I have learned so much about myself, the world, and being a mother, while growing as a human and a contributing member of society from each organization I have been blessed to work with over the years. Early in my careers, I did corporate outreach events. My most memorable? Providing 10K hygiene kits and socks to Urban Street Angels, a San Diego non-profit supporting the unhoused youth. We collaborated early in their establishment as a 501-c3, and donations from our event greatly impacted their reach in the community. Having the opportunity to join the Urban Street Angel team distributing a meal, and hygiene resources to the community was one of those moments you just don\'t forget. The unhoused youth I served provided me with life long learnings. To say they were memorable and impactful is an understatement. Since then, I have worked with some amazing non-profits as well as non-profit social initiatives - including Children\'s Cancer Research Fund on behalf of Maddison Mertz\'s Miracles, The Grief Club of Minnesota, and my current role with J&J Lovelace Foundation. I am human - a wife, a mom, a friend. I am a consultant with great clients. I am on a new journey with Motherland, a forward thinking Web3 community for moms, by moms. I work each day at finding the ideal balance - is there such a thing? I stumble along the way, laugh at myself often, and do my best to enjoy the journey.    Collaborate with the executive committee to plan, develop, and enforce policies and objectives for J&J Lovelace Foundation to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals- Oversea the day-to-day external activities of the organization. This includes defining responsibilities, initiatives, and performance metrics for each committee to assure the organization accomplishes tasks to meet its overall goals- Guide the External Affairs committee to establish public awareness initiatives, fundraisers, events, and communication opportunities to make J&J and our mission visible to the community, including support recipients, volunteers, and financial supporters- Make certain J&J is compliant with state and federal guidelines as a nonprofit organization, budgeting and allocating funds for each committee and maintaining the financial stability of the organization- Analyze operational forecasts and financial reports to assure J&J is operating strategically and in alliance with the organization\'s mission- Drive innovation and new outreach initiatives- Maintain an understanding of the local unhoused community needs, and advise the board on direct, impactful community efforts.
