   The Transformation & Operations team sits at the forefront of IBM’s desire to continually change. My team helps shape, manage, and monitor a global portfolio of transformational initiatives spanning people, process, and technology. I led a team of strategists, change managers and transformation consultants-together we ensure strategies are successfully executed, we reimagine operating models and org designs with our business units in technology. We lead programs and scope initiatives, develop project plans, and lead large, cross-functional teams through all phases of the program. I work directly with the senior leaders across the business to accelerate results, craft management systems, understand and identify areas of opportunity, mitigate risk and develop our overall transformation strategy and roadmap, to deliver outcomes from concept to implementation.
