In this expanded role, I am charged with leading the Foundation’s efforts in Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Sebastian and Washington counties. As a member of the Development team, I will continue to provide donor services to existing fund holders, work to establish new relationships, and support our community-based affiliates throughout Carroll, Washington, Crawford, Sebastian, Johnson and Pope counties.

I work with individuals, families and businesses. I partner with CPAs, wealth managers and estate planners to recommend tools and strategies that maximize tax-efficiency.In my role as a philanthropic advisor with Arkansas Community Foundation, I rely on my deep community connections in order to understand the vast and varied needs in our region, recognizing how each nonprofit organization is uniquely positioned to address community needs, and serving as a matchmaker to connect generous individuals to the causes that they care about. As a certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor and a 21/64 Certified Advisor, I invest time getting to know each donor/funder personally to understand their motivational values and legacy goals in order to facilitate deeply rewarding charitable giving experiences. My 20+ year career in nonprofit social services has included roles in case management, marketing & communications, fundraising/development, and executive leadership. For ten years, I served as the Executive Director of the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas, leading the organization through a period of transformational growth which culminated with the Pathway to Prosperity - a successful campaign to create a $3 million endowment.
