Goodwill Solutions Learning Academy CIC was formed in 2015 with a purpose to:1. Create a cultural shift in our society so that partner organisations, public sector stakeholders and employers understand and facilitate a more complete route to social cohesion, learning, personal development and employment2. Enable those suffering disadvantage to access the support they need to improve their lives through education and employment opportunities3. Find ways to deliver meaningful change to our society and add more value to our communities4. Ensure that our ideas and service offerings are always aligned with the needs of those we will be working withWe deliver meaningful social good through the creation and management of sustainable commercially focused activities within the Goodwill Solutions Group and have developed a commercial business model with a focus on enterprise growth that we will use as a platform to provide our services across the group. Our objectives are:1. To identify, develop and successfully manage new and innovative ways to deliver sustainable social impact and change, thus lessening disadvantage and community dependency on short term funding streams2. To create a vehicle which will deliver apprenticeships, work experience programmes, vocational employment, pre-employment activities and many other socially motivated activities throughout the Goodwill Solutions group.3. To clearly reinforce and communicate the image for Goodwill Solutions as a deliverer of social impact whist engaging with stakeholders in such a way that those using or purchasing our services really understand and buy into what we do and what we are looking to achieve4. To expand the model of commercially focused, sustainable enterprises into other geographic areas, this increasing overall impact5. To grow to a turnover of c.£10M per annum, delivering at least £2M of measurable social good per annum by 2020
