We\'re here to help prepare them for the business world, giving them the tools they need to ensure success in the workplace. The BETC works to connect local employers with youth who have the proper attitude, education, skills and desire to be valuable employees in both year-round and summertime jobs. At the BETC, we can help youth find a part-time job while they focus on their classroom studies. We can also help youth explore a career field they might be interested in. Or we can assist youth in upgrading your basic skills in building the bridge from school-to-work and work-to-career. Finally, we\'ll help prepare youth for the all important job search and interview process. Our job readiness workshops focus on understanding employer expectations, proper attitude, personal responsibility, communication, teamwork, goal setting and time management.

Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity. Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations. Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas. Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show. May help at informational kiosks or displays around the venue. Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather spring/summer weather conditions.
