As Vice President & COO at Locke’s Electrical Limited, I drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and workforce development while leading our expansion into new geographic markets. With 30+ years in power infrastructure, I have managed and executed some of North America’s largest power projects, delivering exceptional stakeholder satisfaction through innovation, transparency, and precision execution. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, providing a strong technical foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration, which allows me to effectively manage financial, strategic, and operational aspects of the business. Previously, as co-Founder and President, I built and scaled a power infrastructure company from inception to acquisition, driving industry-leading revenue growth and market expansion. My expertise spans EPC and ECI delivery models, transmission lines, substations, and BESS deployment.
