ABOUT JODY PAVIGLIONITE
I am a passionate Global Supply Chain Executive with two decades of strategic sourcing and supply chain experience across a multitude of categories.I began my career journey in Chemistry and would never have anticipated a path to Supply Management.but I have found that the experience gained throughout various and divergent roles has prepared me well for supply chain, supply management, and operations. I have had the good fortune to work for some extremely reputable and well managed organizations, who offered many growth opportunities to me. My passion is to build new processes and strategies where none existing. I have had the opportunity repeatedly throughout my career: building a quality management system, establishing a Six Sigma Program, developing a Global Risk Management Process, and more recently developing a Procurement Competency Model, Playbook for Scope 3 Science Based Targets, as well as an End-to-End Supply Chain Resilience Model. The best part of the work is collaborating with a passionate and engaged team who feel part of the journey. Expertise gained along the way includes strategy building and execution, strategic sourcing, risk management, global logistics, supplier relationship performance, supply chain optimization, science-based targets, as well as operational six sigma | lean methodologies to drive agility. I pride myself on delivering tangible business outcomes including cost savings, margin improvement, working capital reductions, and inventory optimization throughout my career.
