ABOUT JODY MILLS

With over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jody brings a deep passion for communication, engagement, and building meaningful customer relationships. He currently leads both the Thought Leader Liaison and Key Accounts Teams at Corcept Therapeutics, where he focuses on strategic partnerships, actionable insights generation, and deepening customer connectivity across the field. One of his core interests is making complex scientific topics accessible—communicating them in ways that are clear, concise, and impactful for a wide range of audiences.Outside of work, he is committed to mentorship and youth development through baseball and athletic training. For the past six years, he has coached and mentored in both travel and Little League programs, sharing the field—and many early mornings—with his two sons, ages 17 and 15, both avid baseball players. His shared love for the game keeps him active and connected, especially through regular hybrid training sessions. Beyond the sport itself, Jody finds real fulfillment in being part of something much bigger than himself—helping to shape character, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.At home, Jody enjoys unplugging with family. Whether exploring the outdoors or discovering new corners of the Durham-Chapel Hill community, he cherishes time with his wife, Courtney, and spirited daughter, Hendrie, who’s two and always keeps them on their toes.
