I am a dispute resolution partner in Shoosmiths’ national construction team.Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, I have specialised in advisory work, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and the mediation of construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy and related professional negligence disputes.From payment, delay/disruption, defect/design liability, termination, PFI, public procurement and insolvency-related claims to disputes concerning the construction of buildings, sports stadia, ports, roads, rail, water treatment facilities, gas & oil pipelines and energy plants, I have advised and represented all components of the construction and engineering industries’ supply chains across a broad range of sectors. I also have particular experience in advising on cladding, fire-safety and other building safety-related issues in the development and build-to-rent sectors.
