Our engineers have experience with all major manufacturers specialising in Water Chillers, excelling in the main six; Climaveneta, Carrier, Mcquay, Trane, Daikin and York. Be it Centrifugal, Screw, Scroll or reciprocating you can rely on our expertise. Our experience is not restricted to conventional Chiller plant: we offer a rigorous service and maintenance regime on all types of ABSORPTION and CHP Plant as well. Planned preventative maintenance programs can greatly reduce the risk of premature failure of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. In some instances, failure to carry out routine maintenance, in accordance with manufacturers\' specifications, could even lead to the invalidation of equipment warranty and result in subsequent premature replacement costs. Inadequate maintenance of your equipment will result in the HVAC plant using higher energy consumption and decreased efficiency. We are able to offer you a bespoke maintenance package tailored to your needs. Maintenance contracts are simple and annually renewable. All servicing is carried out by our fully qualified engineers.
