I currently execute collections for a 500+ customer base that includes a network of Distributors and Direct Customers. I work within Excel and Great Plains to maintain and update Accounting reports that reflect owed balances, provisions, customer holds, credit limits etc. I am responsible for a team of 6 individuals that are responsible for executing all invoicing and cash deposits on a daily basis. I update my education on collections practices and regulations annually, I also work on building strong rapports with each and every customer as all of their relationships are very important to our company. I troubleshoot all issues including pricing discrepancies, returns, freight, tax and general billing errors.
