As the General Manager of Advancia Aeronautics (Advancia Aero), I am responsible for managing, planning, and implementing the day to day operations of the company. In addition, ensure financial growth and stability through development of business opportunities utilizing my extensive professional network of government and industry partners. Review all costing data and pricing decisions in support of contract proposal development; cost avoidance and profit maximization decisions. Manage non-disclosures agreements, teaming arrangements, joint ventures, bid/no-bid processes, and proposal developments. Currently managing over $100M of multiple award task order contracts for DoD. Advancia Aero is a small disadvantaged, SBA-certified 8(a) Native American Corporation (NAC). Founded in 2007, Advancia Aero provides high-quality patient care through physician staffing to DoD Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). We utilize our highly-qualified employee-base, extensive relationships within the private, academic, and public sectors to provide the right resume for every requirement. Currently, our medical professionals support the Army and Navy Medical Commands at CONUS and OCONUS MTFs. Advancia Aero is also a diversified technical services company engaged in Operational Medicine IM/IT, and Medical Finance with DHA, JOMIS and Air Force. Advancia Aero is a mature, stable organization with fully tested, institutionalized business processes that enable our effective management of both large and small programs as either the Prime Contractor or subcontractor. What sets Advancia Aero apart from other small businesses is that I have complete access to the substantial resources of our parent organization, Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), and its subsidiaries.
