   Leveraging my extensive professional experience, I’m in charge of running day-to-day operations for the team that’s responsible for managing $1.8B business and 43 business partners across 14 countries. To achieve results, I liaise with key stakeholders to identify business needs and facilitate smooth negotiations. Every day, I apply my extensive knowledge of global and domestic markets to develop strategies to source Target own brand jewelry and accessories. I also mentor, empower, and build successful teams that cultivate positive relationships with new and existing suppliers.Key Contributions: Crisis Management: Governed PPE-related response to COVID-19 pandemic; sourced and deployed 48M units in face of rapidly changing FDA, CDC, and customs regulations using decisive leadership, adaptability, and clear strategy. Diversity, Inclusion, & Equity: Oversaw Diversity and Inclusion Action Committee with 600+ global members; provided thought leadership that empowered underrepresented groups and strengthened Target’s diversity efforts- Launched Cultural Inclusion Yammer page that enabled team members from 15 countries to share advice, learn from one another, and drive global connectivity during period of isolation- Rolled out Breaking Ice 2.0 program attended by 350+ team members that promoted Target’s core D&I vision, statement, and mission. Employee Engagement: Adeptly served as co-lead of Adoption Network; created content that increased network visibility, sparked 12% increase in membership, and influenced Briefly to recognize National Adoption Month in 2019. Corporate Responsibility: Collaborated with internal teams to align Target’s mission with employee benefits; successfully advocated for greater Adoption & Surrogacy reimbursement and paid family leave for all team members.
