It is my responsibility to connect homebuyers with the financing they need to acquire the home of their dreams. I of course also assist those that need to refinance the terms of their current into something that is a better fit for their current needs. I began in this industry on March 1st of I\'ve closed thousands of transactions and plan on closing thousands more before I retire. I have access to all of your traditional mortgage options (FHA/VA/USDA/Fannie/Freddie) as well as a variety of \'outside the box\' financing options. I am very pleased to now be working for a company that understands the unique needs of Upstate California, offers highly competitive financing terms, and heavily supports giving back to the community through a variety of different avenues. I am very active with Red Bluff Rotary, the Red Bluff/Tehama County Chamber of Commerce and the Tehama County Association of Realtors. I consider myself to be an expert on pretty much anything pertaining to mortgages, economics and finance in Upstate California.

I have been actively involved with the Tehama County Association of Realtors for over 20 years. I have served as Chairman of the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce 4 years and have been serving on the board of directors for 10 years. I am also on the board of directors serving as the President elect for Red Bluff RotaryI specialize in first time homebuyer loan programs including CalHFA and GSFA with focused emphasis on FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I also offer credit repair/re-establishment consulting. I will not pass you off to another consultant after I have qualified you.
