   Multi-faceted role including- Writing proposal sections on strategically important proposals- Creating idea for new Content Management function in the department. One of founding members of Foundation Content Management Team. Successfully and significantly upgraded the department\'s wide-ranging and complex Foundation (boilerplate) content. Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), identified additional topics, case studies, and differentiators. Developed preliminary foundation content process for internal and external users. Provided input into development of the department\'s planned customized content management and proposal automation tool- Leading effort to identify and implement \"experiential learning\" opportunities for Business Proposals staff. Implemented opportunities such as trips to offsite facilities to observe operations, mini-summits on technical content, Product Manager/SME presentations to Business Proposals staff- Managing department intern program, including overseeing interviews, acquisition and assignments. Created and implemented group and individual onboarding plans. Customized internship experience to individuals\' college study, interests, and skills.
