   I established Suckle and Spritz Lactation in order to provide in-depth, personalized lactation support throughout the breastfeeding journey. Each day I help women throughout the Greater Seattle Area to support physiologic infant feeding, and help identify and treat breastfeeding problems. I offer home visits and virtual visits when appropriate. I am informed not only by my clinical training and certification, but also by my unique experience of having supported breastfeeding women inpatient, outpatient and in the home setting. I am also a mother of three recently breastfed babies, and bring a strong sense of empathy to my work. I have a passion for birth work and a desire to help reduce the prevalence of birth trauma women experience. Certified as a Birth Story Listener through Pam England\'s Birth Story Medicine program, I provide one-on-one counseling for women focused on healing from their birth experience.
