Projects involved, hospital and school bond issues, rails to trails project, downtown square beautification, and partnerships with local businesses. • Mapped 5-year plan to increase career pathways, articulating with local colleges/universities culminating in an increase of 16 pathways for students. EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY • Researched and designed predictive subtle assessments measuring SEL/Mental Health daily in the classroom for Ed Tech startup company. • Developed, maintained, and used technical applications to track progress on school performance objectives, standards compliance, and academic excellence indicators. • Improved post-secondary success rate by 20%, reaching 75% through intense analysis and disaggregation of standardized test data, identifying strengths, uncovering areas of concern, and effectively conveying data results to instructional teachers • Wrote and applied for numerous grants, receiving over for student engagement and new technology in the classroom.
