ABOUT JODIE MULLER

As the President and CEO of the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA), I am dedicated to driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships across state and regional government sectors in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada. I help shape and implement WSPA\'s strategic vision, ensuring our organization remains a leader in our ever-changing energy landscape. I take great pride in working for an industry that powers modern society, meeting community energy demands safely and responsibly. With over two decades in public administration and government affairs, my career includes roles as a Legislative Analyst for the Long Beach City Council, positions in various trade associations in Washington D.C, and a role in the White House Communications Office under President George H.W. Bush. I hold the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California, where I also earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. My commitment to professional development is reflected in my active participation on several boards, including the Association Leadership Academy Advisory Council for the California Society of Association Executives, the Athenian Society at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, and as a member of the Los Al Leadership Circle of the Los Alamitos Education Foundation.In addition to my role at WSPA, I serve as the Executive Director of the Shared Energy Future Foundation, promoting sustainable energy practices and innovation. My leadership in the Women’s Energy Network California Chapter and as Chair of the Southern California Council of the California Society of Association Executives are reflections of my dedication to advancing the energy sector as well as Association management and supporting the diversity of people in it. I\'m proud to lead WSPA as we serve millions of residents with reliable energy across the West Coast.
