About Jodie Heflin
After spending the majority of my career building data and analytics solutions, I have taken on a new role in 2022 to leverage the data that we have available to build better experiences for our IT employees. This involves building orientation materials, sharing our cultural norms, building our internal portal to share information, analyzing our colleague data to make improvements, and building our IT Operating Model by connecting it to the processes that we use every day to continue to make this organization GREAT!
