As Resource Manager, I work to ensure that NCFE\'s operational teams have the resource they need to effectively and efficiently deliver their projects. This includes internal resource in the form of subject specialists and administrators, as well as external resource in the form of industry experts and stakeholders. My role involves: • Implementing clear processes for colleagues to request additional resource where required.• Devising and overseeing a strategy to engage stakeholders in the development and validation of qualifications.• Regular reporting both internally and externally on stakeholder engagement against KPIs and contractual agreements.• Engaging and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including employers, education providers and membership bodies, to gain their input and ensure their voice is reflected in developments.• Ensuring consistently positive experiences for the stakeholders we work with.• Implementing effective communications to maximize engagement and keep stakeholders updated.• Line managing a team and supporting their professional development and wellbeing, as well as managing performance review and recruitment processes as required.• Regular presenting on data and strategies, both internally and to external regulatory bodies.
