About Jodie Tedder
When the landscape of technology began to change the practice of law, I was asked by a managing partner to step in and lead the way. There are only two ways to make more money: work faster or bring in more business. Effectively working to make law firms more efficient through change for the last 20 years, using my vast experience gained over 35 years of accrued knowledge to guide me.I understand the climate that lives in a law firm and how to get attorneys and stakeholders to hear and feel the need for change. I stay present in current research through many avenues and by being a part of professional organizations like ILTA, PDC and CLOC – to name a few. I have presented at spotlight sessions for ILTA (Internaltional Legal Technologcy Association), have been a panelist for international webinars for LTC4 as a Steering Committee member and written various articles. • Process Improvement • Project Management• Leadership through Collaboration• Strategic Innovation Planning• Contract Negotiation, Licensing and Budgeting • Technology Evaluation, Selection and TrainingPast Goverance and Steering Group Member of LTC4™ Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition. This group of training thought leaders is working together to develop standard core competencies applicable to all users of technology in law firms. Our guiding principle is to establish core competencies to provide an industry standard benchmark of computer skills within law firms.
