ABOUT JODIE LOUISA BEER

I am a hard working and experienced manager with over 17 years experience. I pride myself on delivering KPIs and hitting targets. I am a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic leader, wanting to engage and inspire my team to grow, while engaging customers and ensuring that the team delivers service and standards of the brand. I have extensive knowledge and experience in cost control (all areas), stock control, profit and loss, training, development, interviewing, disciplinary processes, people management, mentoring, guest satisfaction, external delivery, commissary and audits - both financial and quality. Ive been involved in recruiting and training of new managers and senior management within businesses and also the development of team members to management from within individual outlets. I compiled all management training for a brand for many years. I have built training manuals, developed guides and reports for training and this is an aspect of my role I thoroughly enjoy. I have experience in new restaurant openings, training, supply chain and management, both in the UK and the Middle East. I am a leader and a motivator. I work well as part of a team and also on my own. I am organised, methodical and a perfectionist in all aspects of my work. I want to develop myself and my career. Constantly working to better myself through projects and research.
