I attend termly Governor Board meetings, review policies, carry out regular monitoring visits and write monitoring reports, support Ofsted visits and currently am Lead Governor responsible for Early reading and EYFS monitoring. A vital part of the role is supporting the Headteacher with the school\'s 100 Day plan and reviewing progress and attainment with the Board on a termly basis.
