As part of the FluidOne billing team, I ensure customers receive accurate, clear, and timely invoices for our services. I manage the Voice bill run and assist with the Data bill run as needed, utilizing systems such as Union Street\'s aBILLity, Access Dimensions, Service Manager, and SAP to generate and distribute invoices. Additionally, I assist in producing commission statements for our dealers.I play a key role in importing CDRs and Service Charge files, resolving suspended or rejected calls, and processing new orders within the aBILLity billing system. I also analyze call data using SQL reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Beyond billing operations, I handle supplier contract management, including processing renewals. I also assist with charge queries, working closely with sales and provisioning teams to investigate issues and provide data-driven reports to support resolutions. Additionally, I contribute to reconciling supplier invoices, coding them for finance processing, and optimizing workflows to enhance overall billing accuracy.
