As the Vice President of Business Development at Phoenix Children\'s Hospital, I have been leading the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of the Primary Care Pediatrics Division for over six years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Susquehanna University, and I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of pediatric care in Arizona and beyond.My core competencies include acquiring, integrating, and managing primary care locations, developing and implementing growth plans, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. I have successfully completed multiple acquisitions and transitions, resulting in increased revenues, patient satisfaction, and market share. I have also established and maintained strong partnerships with physicians, community organizations, and insurance companies, to enhance our services and reputation. My goal is to continue to expand and innovate our division, while ensuring alignment with the mission and vision of Phoenix Children\'s Hospital.
