I serve as a Lecturer at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, teaching the graduate-level course “Implementation of Agile Government” (2 units). This course equips Master of Public Policy students with practical skills to apply Agile principles to real-world governance challenges.Key Responsibilities & Contributions: • Course Design & Development – Created the full syllabus in collaboration with GSPP faculty and deans, aligning curriculum with the 10 Principles of Agile Government. • Instruction & Mentorship – Teach and mentor students on applying agile methods across diverse policy areas including public health, transportation, HR, emergency management, and digital modernization. • Applied Agile Practices – Guide students in product mindset, process re-engineering, data-driven decision-making, and operational implementation through budgets, contracts, and personnel. • Case Studies & Lessons Learned – Facilitate analysis of real-world case studies to highlight successes, challenges, and innovations in agile policy implementation. • Equity & Inclusion – Embed inclusive teaching practices, support diverse student perspectives, and ensure equity in classroom engagement and outcomes. • Standard Lecturer Duties – Fulfill GSPP instructional responsibilities including syllabus design, assessments, grading, office hours, and supervision of teaching support.
