ABOUT JODI MCLAIN RICHARDS

With a background in purpose-driven writing across training, information, and creative realms, I distill complex concepts for the benefit of the end-user or end-learner. I appreciate writing with impact, whether that\'s streamlining workflow, designing meaningful learning, or big-picture goal setting. Coming from Midwestern farm country, I\'m a personable and careful listener who genuinely enjoys working with SMEs and stakeholders at every level in environments where we get hard jobs done. On the personal side, I cherish close relationships with family and friends, head outdoors as often as possible, and line shelves with books instead of knick-knacks. I\'m a public education advocate and support access for all to our nation\'s plentiful wild spaces and historic places.
