As a seasoned telecommunications leader with 22 years of industry experience, including 17 at Verizon, I specialize in driving the evolution of communication networks. My career has been built on translating complex technical challenges into robust, customer-facing services.I began my journey with a strong technical foundation in network administration, compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley), and core packet network implementation. This experience was pivotal as I moved on to play an integral role in the successful initial launches of key Verizon products, including:Voice over LTE (VoLTE)- OneTalk - Visible - VoNRIn my current role as Associate Director, I lead a high-performing team of Network Planners dedicated to shaping the future of IMS and SIP communications. We define the roadmap for the network functions that deliver these critical services to millions of Verizon customers. Our primary focus is on future-proofing the network through containerization and advancing our 5G architecture, specifically in IMS, SIP, VoLTE, Voice over New Radio (VoNR), and Service-Based Architecture (SBA).
