I am results-oriented healthcare executive with demonstrated strategic and operational experience in developing and leading effective teams, developing and integrating innovative solutions (both internally and with external partners), managing large scale fiscal budgets, driving comprehensive systems change, and empowering performance success in both governmental and private sectors to achieve aggressive growth and profit targets.I am extraordinarily driven and have been blessed with many unexpected opportunities that have guided my path. To date, I have had a full career with the ability to use my legal and accounting expertise and my leadership skills to positively impact youth, the environment and the lives of individuals with disabilities and people who are aging and their caregivers. I would like to believe that I have learned from pioneers who blazed the trails before me, and I strive to be an effective mentor and leader to inspire future generations. I have an amazing family, with a husband and two sons that both have lovely wives - and two adorable grandsons to enjoy. As an \"empty-nester,\" I am revisiting hobbies and interests of the past and enjoying a bit more golf and travel.I honestly wake up every day and am amazed at my blessed life! I get paid to do a job that I love for a company that I believe in - working with committed teams that are positively impacting the lives of others. As one of our leaders best said it:\"we do well by doing good.\" I am definitely enjoying this unique and exciting adventure!It is great to make new acquaintance and keep in touch with those I have known for years. I am really enjoying this leg of life\'s journey and am excited to see what the future has in store!
