About Jodi Cordero

Having 20 years in one company has allowed me the privilege to gain many areas of expertise. I became an Agile Enterprise leader for 10 of those years, certifying over 200 people, providing intact team training and coaching; enabling teams to be successful strategically while creating highly engaged and motivated teams. I drove technical programs for 14 years, including the launch and in-country transition of a new global offering (external support site, all in product self help, customer success strategy & experience - in English and Spanish). I supported the launch of a new CRM, which included email, chat, phone, and quality (InIn); as well as the new customer facing support site to help centralize social and community experiences (Lithium). In addition to large technical programs, I managed smaller internal expert tool migrations. For five of those years, some of my proudest time was spent as the Latina Network leader in Tucson, which then provided me the honor of speaking in front of Latinas like me, sharing how I drove my career leaning into my transferable skills, while picking up new ones. The honor to give back to my community. Celebrate our culture. Grow our futures. And those are just some of my proudest times. I was one of the first change leaders. An expert enabler and advocate. A trained inclusive leader. I launched the most attended change management meetings in Customer Success (avg of 120 people a week for external and internal teams). Received 169 awards of recognition. Launched new portfolio management models. Worked on a program that had 106 people globally and released with zero defects. And so much more!
