I’m the CEO and Founder of Navique Corporation, where we’re building Cera—a multi-agent AI system designed for the project environments where the stakes are highest and the tools have been weakest: air-gapped defense installations, DOE national laboratories, and critical infrastructure programs.I didn’t come to this from the tech side. I have 30+ years of experience across a variety of organizations, including HRO, non-profits, government, education, and healthcare settings. I’ve conducted independent assessments at DOE national labs. I’ve built leadership development programs from the ground up. I’ve served as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders on topics ranging from succession planning to organizational culture to safety and operational conduct. I’ve spent my career in the rooms where decisions are made.Before Navique, I was CEO of BPS for over 15 years, consulting nationally and internationally for federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits. I’ve facilitated 7,500+ hours of executive coaching, presented at PMI Global and across Europe, and co-founded the Institute for Neuro & Behavioral Project Management.The idea behind Navique is simple: Cera was built to streamline project management and PMOs in high-impact, complex environments—one agent that follows the project manager across every tool and every phase, running entirely on-premise, with or without cloud dependency (ideal for air-gapped environments).
