Equal parts coach, therapist, lawyer, peace maker, teacher, and manager. I am a People professional with 10+ years\' of experience spanning healthcare, aerospace and defense, and manufacturing industries. I have developed passions for California Labor Law, Benefits and Retirement plans, Performance Management, Employee Recognition and Engagement programs. I enjoy partnering with company leadership to continuously improve systems and processes that move the company forward. During my time at AEVEX Aerospace, I managed large scale projects and have successfully integrated acquisitions, implemented a new payroll and HRIS platform for multiple legal entities and oversaw retirement plan mergers. I take great pride in delivering exceptional service to all levels of the organization. We are complicated, emotional and social animals who long to be a part of something bigger. Most of us show up to work every day, work hard to meet goals and to help our companies achieve greatness.
