About Jodee de Leon
I am highly experienced in leadership, onboarding & training, business development, and customer relations. Intuition is key and I lead with passion in developing internal growth within a team and business. Knowledge in the importance of the correlation between business needs and customer retention in my various leadership roles has been something I strive in. I’ve spent time in breaking down training material and rebuilding it from scratch to improve in places that were previously lacking.
