ABOUT JODEE TAYLOR

JoDee has been with Costco for 33+ years and is currently the Director of Digital and Social Media. JoDee was an integral part in rolling out the Costco social media channels and is responsible for the oversight in strategic development, content creation, and audience engagement for all of Costco\'s social channels. Her team is tasked with increasing brand awareness and showcasing the value of the Costco membership, which they do through a mix of paid and unpaid media. Her team ensures proper targeting, A/B testing and measurement. She also works in conjunction with the Costco Social Care team to ensure members are taken care of in a timely manner.JoDee is passionate about creating engaging content through storytelling in the social space, and has played an integral role in developing Costco\'s Social advertising program, which included creating a media kit, rate card and educational presentation for buyers and vendors. She enjoys partnering with suppliers to share featured products that members can find at the warehouse and on Costco.com.JoDee’s previous positions at Costco over the last 33 years include Director of the National Membership Program, Employee and Management Training. JoDee was also involved in helping develop the Executive Membership program and overseeing its operations. She also worked at the warehouse level. buying and human resources department.
