My role as the Colorado Sales Manager- Responsible for the direction and management of a team of Retail Mortgage Loan Originators who are selling products and services to prospective clients. I’m responsible for ensuring the team achieves sales and profit goals and maintains compliance with Federal, State, Investor and Company guidelines and policies. I thrive on the ever-changing financial environment and I continue to gauge the success of my Mortgage team on that of our clients\', while seeking new opportunities to help them reach and surpass their goals. Lastly, Flagstar Bank is expanding it’s retail mortgage business nationwide and we have terrific opportunities in Colorado for successful Loan Officers and Sales Managers.
