Connsci is an SBA 8(a) certified Professional Services organization that focuses on Management Consulting, IT Solutions, Learning & Development, and Cybersecurity in the Health, Defense, and Civilian sectors. My role at Connsci as a Principal Recruiter is to help our organization grow. I am always looking for new team members and am specifically focused on Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Help Desk/Technical Support Professionals, Program Managers, and Cyber Security experts. I recruit for both cleared and non-cleared roles nationwide. Additionally I am responsible for helping to build out the Talent Acquisition function at Connsci - establishing best practices, creating a culture of excellence, and ensuring great candidate experiences!
