Our students thrive in an environment that emphasizes one-to-one connections and small class sizes; engaged and student-centered faculty and staff; experiential learning, holistic advising, and access to significant student success resources such as the award-winning Internship and Career Services Office where I serve as the Executive Director.Develop and execute the strategic plan for Internships and Career Services (ICS) award-winning signature academic internship program, define, benchmark, measure, report, and deliver recommendations based on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to the Vice President for Student Success and Strategic Planning for program and student outcomes.Nurture an environment where commonalities and differences among people are recognized; and be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, working toward equitable access to employment and career readiness.Strategize and expand programs by partnering with the academic deans to develop internship and employment opportunities in conjunction with Silicon Valley Immersion, Academic Global Immersion, and other international programs. Manage new global education initiatives and create career service offerings for new master’s program, create and propose strategy for graduate program career and internship programs.
