Thanks to my previous experience as a Full Stack Developer in the web and mobile sectors, I possess extensive technical know-how. In the following years, I formed and led high-performance teams of up to 20 members in various companies and agencies. My leadership style is characterized by inspiring and supporting my employees in both their personal and professional development. In my current role as a Product Manager at Fielmann AG, I take responsibility for significant projects in our company.
