I help large enterprises turn complex change into working outcomes by combining deep technical understanding with pragmatic Agile leadership.My path started in engineering: An M.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering and hands-on software development. That foundation still shapes how I lead — I understand the architecture, the delivery constraints, and the technology decisions underneath a transformation, not just the ceremonies on top of it. For clients, that means advice that holds up in delivery, not only on a slide.Over the past decade at Accenture and Deloitte, I\'ve driven large-scale Agile transformations and led distributed international teams in complex, regulated environments across public sector, chemicals, and telecommunications. My focus areas- Scaling Agile across organizations with SAFe (as certified SAFe Practice Consultant)- Agile coaching for leadership and delivery teams- Agile program & project management in large, distributed setups- Acting as the bridge between software engineering, technology architecture and business strategyWhat I care about is making Agile work in practice by cutting through dogma, adapting frameworks to context, and leaving teams more capable than I found them.
