ABOUT JOCHEN HUSCHKE
As engineering manager in manufacturing engineering and maintenance, I have over a decade of experience at Mercedes-Benz in the areas of component testing and technical calculation and simulation. My focus is on product and process validation to ensure production start-ups and series support, as well as supporting the implementation of modern and innovative robotic applications in the production process. My team is constantly working on the development and operation of test benches and test concepts to ensure the maturity of our products.My expertise as a team leader for testing and validation in component development has contributed significantly to the evaluation of design changes in early development phases. Thanks to my expertise and experience as a manager in technical product reliability in quality management, I was able to make my contribution to increasing the reliability and performance of our products.In 2023, as a team we won the Mercedes-Benz Quality Excellence Award, which underlines our innovative approach through the use of artificial intelligence tools in the production area and our commitment to quality.As an active member of the ada network and an ada alumnus, I am engaged in the transformation of our location and organisation. This role allows me to help shape the digital technologies of the future and to contribute to sustainable corporate development.
