At Bold2Move, our team shapes the future of work by guiding organizations through transformational journeys towards decentralization and adaptive structures. We\'re not just consultants; we\'re co-creators in a movement towards a more adaptive, resilient & human-centered workplace. My role as Co-Founder leverages my expertise to tackle challenges such as bureaucracy and lack of focus on people.In addition I am part of a social impact fund focusing on Germany. The fund is focused on buying traditional SME companies and transforming them into self-managed, progressive organizations. I am leading the German initiative for this fund.In parallel, as Rebel Cell Coordinator for Corporate Rebels in Germany, I\'ve been instrumental in orchestrating a vibrant community where progressive organizations exchange and generate fresh ideas for the future of work.
