I had the opportunity, in differing roles and functions, across a variety of leading companies, to develop and gain experience.But my greatest pleasure was to work in a collaborative environment, where I was able to enjoy my passion for technology, especially capital investments and as well my ambition to lead people, build performant teams and to deliver a good procurement practice. A procurement practice, that goes beyond savings and puts the project in the center of activities.Looking back at my professional career I treasure those outstanding moments, which I experienced as employee and leader:The moment you experience good leadership; the sense of acknowledgement, to be in the right place and just having grown a bit, the joyful eagerness to mutually start something.The moment you realized having delivered something great; being proud of your boldness and capabilities, the joy of successful collaboration, the ease you experience. And the fascination over how it all started, with little careful steps.Looking back made me aware that- I strive to support individuals, to make them overcome their challenges and discover their strengths- I value the trustful collaboration, as great achievements can only be delivered by many- I value the constant individual and organizational advancement, as we need to face the challenges of a constantly changing world
