My path into clinical mental health counseling began through personal healing. Working through childhood trauma revealed the life-changing power of therapy and ultimately led me to pursue a profession in service of others seeking wholeness and hope.Today, my work is faith-based and Christ-centered, integrating the truth of Scripture with both evidence-based Western psychology and Eastern-informed practices like mindfulness and somatic awareness. I believe lasting transformation happens when we address the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — through both clinical insight and the healing presence of Christ.Through Wellness for Wild Souls, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more.
