I was promoted in February 2022 to a new role at Symphony where I\'m responsible for managing and supporting our sales teams across the four properties in Ottawa. I train and coach our community relations coordinators on sales tactics and support them in implementing digital and traditional marketing strategies. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations- we work in tandem to develop cross-community marketing strategies to increase occupancy and drive sales.
