Accomplishments: • Created a mini-series about blooming cocoa that resulted in recipe guidance for food manufacturers.• Developed content to describe chemistry behind chocolate ganache and provide techniques for perfecting ganache recipes based on science.• Communicated science to followers using food as a unique storytelling tool to enhance engagement and learning.
