That means the strategy, the structure, and the systems that make it work as a real function. Think systems and playbooks over heroics and holistic customer experiences so you don\'t ship the org chart. I\'ve done this at very different companies, at different stages, in different industries (currently leading Community at Hint Health).Outside of my day job, you\'ll find me still building community (aka hanging out in The Community Community), exploring new bakeries, and petting cute dogs.

   Stood up Community function from scratch: establishing the strategy, structure, and programs that tie directly to business outcomes• Launched and scaled cohort-based programs including Launch Bootcamp and Growth Bootcamp, driving peer learning and customer success in direct care• Expanded community reach from URL to IRL through DPC Meetups that bring direct care practitioners together• Surfaced customer insights to Product through community conversations, beta programs, and user research, and kept customers informed through regular roadmap webinars and updates• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing; report to the Chief Commercial Officer
