About Jocelyn Cuttino
Jocelyn partners with companies on a broad range of high-profile employment matters. Jocelyn is frequently called upon by executive leadership and boards to investigate workplace misconduct claims and advise on remediation measures. Jocelyn works closely with Grace Speights, leader of the firm’s global labor and employment practice, on high-stakes matters. Several organizations have publicly recognized Grace and Jocelyn’s value in identifying credible allegations of inequitable treatment and helping to achieve workplace fairness and an environment of tolerance and respect. Jocelyn’s work includes advising on corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives in an ever-changing legal landscape. She provides day-to-day counseling regarding employee complaints, performance management, leaves of absence, and disability accommodations. She works closely with employers to design legally compliant employment policies and build the infrastructure necessary to implement them. Jocelyn is a litigator and trial lawyer who handles employment law claims through all phases of litigation in federal and state court, up to and including trial, and before various government agencies. She defends clients against unsupported employment discrimination claims and counsels on litigation avoidance.
