The contribution that an Enrollment Technology Specialist (ETS) makes to HUB International is to retain clients by insuring accuracy and timeliness through all lines of clients’ carrier submissions in addition to enrollments, terminations and changes. They facilitate this process through paper applications and/or electronic application. It will be critical for the ETS position to create flexible and collaborative relationships with the teams, carriers and clients in order to meet the position objective. Employees are expected to use the Essential 7 effectively to mediate concerns, offer encouragement and praise and build good working relationships.Position Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the ETS is carrier submissions.This position will also process all incoming enrollments, terminations, and change forms (including COBRA and forward to appropriate carrier for processing utilizing online capabilities when available.Process all carrier submissions and sub apps for assigned Teams Timeliness/Business Flow
