I am certified as a QBO Pro Advisor, QBO Payroll, Xero Advisor, and Xero Payroll, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in various accounting software and tools, such as SaaSant, Fathom, Bill.com, Gusto Payroll, HubDoc, and A2x. My passion is to help clients achieve their financial goals and streamline their processes by delivering accurate and timely results. I use my data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills to record, reconcile, migrate, set up, audit, and troubleshoot accounts in QuickBooks Online and Xero. I also prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow projections, budgets, and invoices. In addition, I provide consultation and support to clients on various accounting issues and best practices. Alongside my bookkeeping work, I also serve as a contractor and team manager for lead generation projects for UK and US events, specializing in supplier and delegate accounts. I have mastered the use of CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Citrix Workspace, and Salesforce Sales Cloud, to manage and track leads, contacts, and opportunities. I also have experience in email marketing, LinkedIn InMail marketing, data entry research, database cleaning, and administrative tasks.
